MTN ALLOWING *****ULENTLY OPENED ACCOUNTS

*****ulent & unauthorized account opened a year ago under my company. Noticed debit orders 3months ago. Immediately notified the bank and MTN. With each month we reverse the debit orders, the following month it doubles/triples. MTN has done nothing so far. Not even blocking the number. After requesting affidavit, and other documents submitted to their ***** department. I comp**** with their every request. Each day I speak to a different call center agent asking same questions but no solution. Now they resorted to making a fool of me, taking my call, “escalating to their leader “, and promising a call back. Doesn’t happen. It’s a business account that cannot be changed because of MTN.
