Mtn Allowing ****s to take our air time without our permission :(

Why is Mtn allowing ***** people to ***** our airtime. They deduct money for things we didn’t subscribe to. Why are our accounts not protected by Mtn ? We are unable to do anything why can’t they do something about. I believe legally we are not suppose to be subjected to this by Mtn. They should stop these things.
