Mtn allowed my number to be hijacked

I received a call from MTN offering me a contract. I signed up telephonically.

I never received any documentation. This contract has now come to an end and I want to be migrated back to prepaid. I informed MTN that I wanted to migrate to prepaid. MTN informed me that my number was with a third partie called post paid and is under a business contract. This was fist time I had heard of post paid. MTN has not been able to give me any information about Post paid. No email address, no telephone number, Nothing! MTN has allowed this company to hijack my number!

MTN has however confirmed that post paid is a service provider on behalf of MTN. MTN has also confirmed that post paid debits my account and MTN in turn debits post paid. Yet, MTN have no contact details for post paid?

Affter numerous phone calls and emails, I visited the MTN head office in Fairland in search of contact details for post paid. I spoke to Xolile Dlamini at MTN who said that she would provide me with contact details for post paid. Two weeks later still no information. Sis on you MTN for allowing your clients to be ******* into signing contracts with ************ third parties!
