MTN ALLOW PEOPLE TO DO AS THEY DAM WELL PLEASE!!!

On the 16th May 2019 my phone was ****** and when I tried to do a sim swap at MTN Newtown I was told that this number is under contract with the Foschini Group. In 2016 I receieved an SMS from Foshini Group advising that I would recieve R55 airtime every month and when I contacted them and spoke to a Teamleader she promised to call me back which she did not. I have now contacted Foschini and they say that the contract was taken out by Mrs L Ntombana. How can MTN allow one person to take out a contract one some else's number and now I am told that this L Ntombana needs to cancel the number herself. This is both ridiculous and ludacris as I cannot even cancel this number meaning that these ****** are able to use this number as they see fit. I AM MAD AS HELL BECAUSE MTN JUST ALLOWED THE FOSCHINI GROUP TO LET THIS PERSON TAKE OUT A CONTRACT AS THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO NOTICE THAT THIS IS NOT THE LADY WHO HAD A RICA'D THIS NUMBER BACK IN 2010 BECAUSE THAT IT HOW LONG I HAVE THIS NUMBER. I REALLY NEED TO MOVE TO VODACOM WHERE CLIENTS ARE ALOT MORE PROTECTED. I GOT ABSOLUTELY ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM THE MTN CALL CENTRE AS THEY KEPT ON REFERRING BACK TO FOSCHINI AND NOW I AM TRAPPED IN THE MIDDLE BECAUSE MTN JUST ALLOW OTHER PEOPLE TO F*&K WITH YOUR NUMBER AND INFORMATION.
