MTN alienating their best customers
I've been a Nashua Mobile client for 15 years (since the days of Plessy Cellular) in that time I've spend well over R200 000 rand with them. MTN bought Nashua a few months ago and today I was cut off because I hit a credit limit that I've never had. The first and only notification that there was a problem is an sms that I got this morning.

MTN why exactly did you buy Nashua Mobile if the first thing you were going to do is alienate their best customers?
