MTN **** Alert - They Do Not Honour Their Own Policy!

I followed all protocol to cancel an MTN data deal and returned a device to them providing more than a months notice. They have subsequently debited my account for a month ahead and are not refunding me. Do not accept these unjust actions - take action & post all over social media, move to Rain!
