MTN ALBERTON CITY

Since 2020/03/26 I tried too get a claim about my phone that is broken. I went too Alberton City 4 times. The 4th time that I went there they sended the security out to help us! She did not even know what to do. That's not her job. When the consulted finally got to help us. She was so rude and did not even wanted too help us. She gave me the wrong form too full in and I had too phone the insurance. Where they told me that they would phone me back. Since last week I phone MTN everyday and they told me everyday that they would phone me back before closing time that never happend. Till today I don't know anything about my phone the access fee and I found that they gave me the wrong form. 6 Months later I still have a broken phone and nobody wants too help me. Thank you so much for nothing MTN.
