MTN airtime *******
Hi.. after it was announced that mobile networks were not allowed to charge out of bundle rates from 1 March 2019.. and after I declined to opt for this option when I received a text message just before March.. I am sad to say, MTN has not adhered to the law.. seems the Minister of Communications should take drastic steps, just as the JHB Premier for Transport has taken to send a message of "Zero Tollerance" accross.. MTN is clearly not afraid or concerned of their customers rights and it seem that they are willing to push profits before fairness.. Siesa MTN.. .. m ay every cent ****** this way turn into Dollar losses for you.. Not Ayoba..

Although it was not so much about the R6 deducted from my airtime, it was about the principle that I had not permitted the deduction.
I hope that my post will make fellow consumers aware, that had they not answered "NO" to your sms message at the end of February 2019, giving MTN consent to make out of bundle charges possible, they will automatically be billed even without consent.
You were professional and it was a pleasure dealing with you.
