Mtn airtime *******.

When ever i buy mtn airtime, eg. I load a R100, i only receive a R96. 51. The call center tells me to check if i have any subscriptions, did that and i have none. But ever since im using mtn because telkom signal is useless, i get charged a R3. 49 just for loading airtime. Is there other people also experiencing this?
