MTN Airtime mishap

I bought MTN airtime through MTN Momo app on the 21 August 2025 and yet to receive the airtime. Every time I call i get asked a reference number and nothing comes off it.

I really don't know what is so complicated with this? Surely a company like MTN should be able to resolve this easily, it is and intra-business transaction.
