Mtn airtime disappears
<p>I have picked this matter up on more than 20 occasion where mtn takes away my airtime balance and leaves it on a zero balance making you think that you used your airtime but instead they remove there balance and supposedly put it towards a data reserve as they call it...its an inconveniece and very irritating ...i want someone from your technical section to call me regarding this matter.</p>

Kindly note that data reservation is a Network rule created to observe the data usage trends then reserves enough airtime to cover the normally used volume of data. To release this airtime switch off then on your mobile data or restart your phone.
