MTN Airtime bought and NOT received.

Worst experience ever from service champions (5 of them) and a franchise shop at N1 City mall. I bought airtime (R230) through my bank App on 4 Sept 2020 and never received it. On followup, the service champions instead of brightening my day - really darkened it - after following up DAILY and holding for no less than 10 minutes each time, for a WEEK; eventually asked me to write an email on the 9 Sept. I sent it twice and the automated response periods were not met, then two days later I received a one-liner response telling to 'go sort my situation with my bank'. Thx to ABSA, they sorted me out in 3 days after my call to them and my money was paid back into my account.
