MTN Airtime and Loyalty Points ****

My mother has just had her loyalty points and airtime balance taken. MTN are aware of this ****, however they are not taking responsibility for their systems clearly being hacked, as they claim that they cannot trace the numbers to which the airtime goes, even though to transfer airtime and loyalty points, you have to transfer it within the MTN system.
