MTN airtime
<p>I called MTN call centre to check why my airtme not reflecting. i get told that as soon as i loaded my airtime it was used for internet services. Which i find veery strange as when i usually have airtime on my phone and my data is depleted i cannot use my internet services never has it used the airtime that i have to fund my internet usage. so why now that i loaded airtime does it get used for internet services? Since when do data and airtime balances get used interchangably? </p>

Kindly note that you were charged from both your data and airtime due to multiple sessions running on your device. The reason the session deducted from both was due to some of the sessions running at the same time. To avoid this from happening you should log off all your Internet sessions, clear your browser tabs and restrict your background data.
