MTN AirG

MTN has been debiting data content from my account for the last 3 months. Upon investigation AirG, a Canadian Company has refused to refund me my money . My request is for AirG to supply the following information:
1. My contract with MTN which appoints AirG an associate of theirs.
2. The registration of AirG as FCI,
3. AirG's credentials and other affiliations.
4. The terms of contract detailing permission to debit monies of my account, with recognition of the terms of lending on my credit account with MTN.
5. The deemed interest rates of monies involved in this contract (if it exists and is legally binding).
6. The names and signatures of the representatives of these contracts between MTN, myself and AirG.
7. The protection clause of my personal details and privacy.
8. The contract of access on my MTN account with AirG.
9. The FICA information received from me allowing AirG to open this credit facility.
10. A list of products and/or services that AirG has exchanged for monies taken.

You boast over a 100M consumers with $1B in revenues...do you know any of your customers or are you just leeching these funds from unsuspecting customers as a 3rd party?

Hello ShelP,

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.

Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an \enabler\" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP's be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure.
