MTN AGSINST DISABILITIES

Shameful my father who has had a stroke and has been left disabled has been advised that MTN has NO previsions for people with Disabilities!!! He wants to upgrade and no one can override the finger print he has no use of his hand. How do you expect him to receive his upgrade ??? They have been to his house as well as received doctors confirmation stating this..
