MTN agents won't assist with cancellation

I need to cancel my account early because I am immigrating. I have phoned the cancellations department literally about 15 times AND THERE IS NEVER ANY ANSWER!! Each time I hold on for about 10 minutes and no one picks up at the cancellation department.

BUT THE THING IS - I am also due for an upgrade.The upgrade department phones me at least once a day to ask if they can assist me with the upgrade. When I tell them I actually need to cancel, they just pull up their shoulders and say they can't help me, I should just phone again. One of the agents actually put the phone down in my ear.

MTN YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN!

CAN SOMEONE JUST PHONE ME TO SORT THIS OUT PLEASE???
