MTN Agents please stop giving me wrong info

Mtn has to be the service provider when it comes to their consultant giving incorrect billing info. How hard is it to tell me where my airtime goes,if it's not them claiming it's out of data bundle or subscription which are not they even fail to transfer me to the correct ***** department.
