Mtn Agents Lying To Customers to make a Sale

I got a call from Mondo selling me a mtn contract (120gig) sim card and router upon activating i realised that what they gave to me is not what they sold (40gig)

i went to mtn store and they confirmed.i called Mondo they listened to the recording and comfirmed that the consultant **** to me. i have since returned their device i dropped it at mtn store (Irms 963338) when i called mondo today they tell me they that i will take a nother month or so for the cancellation while they debit my account.

This has been a mojor inconvenience on top of that their agents lie to customers. I can not wait another 2 months while they debit my account. This also negatively affects my credit worthiness. I request that they cancel the contract immediatley, reimbersce me and remove their company from my credit profile, immidiately
