Mtn Agents lie about the package they selling you

I have been calling and sending emails about the below but receiving no response from Mtn.

Dear MTN Customer Care,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my current contract with MTN. When I initially took out this contract, I was informed that it was on a month-to-month basis and that I would be able to cancel it at any time without penalties.

However, when I recently attempted to cancel the contract, I was informed that it is actually a 24-month fixed contract. This is in direct contradiction to what I was told when signing up.

I requested the recording of the call in which the contract terms were explained to me, as I believe this will clarify the matter. Unfortunately, despite my request, I have not received any feedback or the recording to date.

This lack of clarity and failure to provide feedback is both frustrating and unacceptable. I kindly request that MTN urgently provide me with the recording of the call and a resolution to this matter.
