While on line he Sent a OTP to me a number to repeat to them for STOPPING that process. Within minutes R92.00 rand taken off prepaid balance, shortly after balance reduced to R0.00/MTNsa. Multiple MTN help desk calls resulted in zero assistance to stop being ****med further. Suspect that MTN insiders are responsible as they had some confidential information. Shortly after trying to get help I get a MTN noification that I have low balance. MTN help desk just say "you have been ****med". Beware.
