MTN agents are a ****. I regret taking an MTN router.

I got a call from MTN agent offering a router. He said I will be getting 120Gig anytime data every month plus a router with one sim card for only R252 per month. I accepted the offer.

I received the router about a week later , however they brought 2 sim cards instead of one. I told the delivery guy that I'm only expecting one sim card not two. He said he doesn't know anything because he is just a delivery guy. I have been using one sim card, never used the other. I was charged twice what I should have been charged. I called MTN to resolve the matter lat month, they said the will cancel the other sim card. Yesterday I got the invoice, im still charged for both sim cards. I called them again ,they say the cancelation is not yet effective. It will only take effect month end. I am paying for a sim that I didn't ask for. Being ****** because MTN wants to eat our money and not account for it. When I ask for canceling both Sims im told I will have to pay for cancelation fee. When I asked how much data I'm I going to receive on the other sim,they said its 70gig. Its not the 120gig that the agent promised me.

I regret taking this router. It is the worsed mistake. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM AN MTN AGENT. THEY ARE ****MERS.

I need help in canceling this contract because it is not what I was sold on the phone.

There is hardly any reception on this router.
