MTN agents ********* and *****ulent conduct

I went in the MTN store at Key West Mall to close my contract they said they can’t assist I should call the call centre and they gave the number and then I went to the store where I opened the contract they told me the same thing. I called the call on four different occasions around May 2023 and every time I told them that I wanted to cancel my contract they said they transferring and they would would transfer me more than 5 times between each other until I get upset and end the call. In October 2023 when my contract eventually officially expired I had to call a couple of times to get assisted that’s issue number one issue number 2 is that I did not renew the contract or request a new product but there is a contract in my name that’s in areas which is now affecting my credit score. If MTN doesn’t not resolve this matter by Wednesday am opening a ***** case.
