MTN again putting customers last

I have mailed MTN customer care and retentions, according to MTN I owe them R11 000, which I dont belive to be true, I have also asked that both my contracts be seperated, so that I cam at least sort one out and try to cancel the other yet nobody at MTN seems to have the ability to help, as usual the customer comes last, now my lines are disconnected and useless thanks to zero efficiency from MTN

Good day

Thank you for your post.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.

With regards to your cancellation of one of your contracts; Please  be advise  that you are not due  for cancellation. So if you would like to cancel one of your contracts, early termination fees  will apply. You can call our call center to find out  how much it will be for each of the lines in the contract.
With regards to separating your contract; you need  to go to a MTN store  in order to  fill in a transfer of contract form to a new owner.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. We understand the frustration you have faced in your attempt to obtain results and answers.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.  Warm Regards Sizwe Schoeman Complaints Management team
