Mtn again Fail to respond to me

<p>Gooday.Recently i moved jobs and fell short off my mtn contract bill payments.Now that i recived my 1st pay check i made the outstanding payments.Contacted mtn and was told my acc was with the legal department,asked for a number but was told they can only be reached via email.the consultant emailed on behalf of me and now it is going over a week and no response.Today i called the mtn call center and was told again that my account is with the legal and theres nothing they can do.Its my account and it is up to date.The service to me as a client is teribble.Could i please get some help on how to resolve this....Very poor service from MTN</p>
