MTN again does not deliver promises

I was ready for my upgrade -as my application on phone said 19 July and also on website it said 19 July. Already bought a cover for the phone I want to upgrade to. Then I phoned to make sure and they said no only 19 November. They see that it says 19 July but it is only an error. Error my ass!! MTN are not service champions at all. Bad service all the way!
