Mtn. Again.

I wrote to this platform a few back complaining about my contract with Mtn, they did not respond. Last week i received an sms saying that they will migrate my plan to another one that will make me pay even more for less benefits. I called them, luckily l got through their retention department, the lady helped me with a very reasonable plan. I advise other Mtn users to ask to be put through to their retention department.
