MTN Again
Last night i was called by laywers telling me MTN has handed my account over to them.
I don't have any outstanding money and advised and completed forms that i have changed my bank.
I have also called retentions and Asked them to give me last off all accounts except for my ********** 4.. number to settle them. They emailed me a list and i settled ask those accounts.
What is going on MTN.
How can you treat me like this. Never have i been emailed or called in regards to outstanding fees on my account.
I'm going to seek legal advice on this matter and will take it further

11 Oct 2018, 11:30I WAS NOT CONTACTED at all. Again you don't listen. i have requested cancelation of all my numbers except 083 41 and i have the email that you have sent me showing all my numbers. That number was not listed at all. Again a **** up from mtn and that time i have changed my banking details and completed the form as well.
This is incompetance from mtn and that number is not used by me at all
