MTN AGAIN

Hi. I was contacted by agents representing Mtn. Saying due to my loyalty I qualify for 120 additional minutes free and 500mb data free as well effective 4 month ends ago till date I did not receive this. I then contacted Mtn querying this as I did not receive my minutes and data as promised. They were not aware of their representatives. I have been having endless problems with MTN. I asked them to investigate, and provide me with feedback.They did not give me a open ticket number on sms . However they promised me one, thereafter no feedback received and I receive an sms 2 days later saying the ticket has been closed. I have had the very similar problem with them debiting my account. I had to call them several times on all of the occasions my phone had been blocked and I have missed several important business calls yet the funds were in my account just waiting for MTN to debit me, even after calling numerous times and asking them to debit they would still not debit and then block me.
