MTN again
so i logged a complaint obo my wife on this site over 20 days ago and still no response from MTN, this problem goes back to November 2015 and still no resolution from MTN, not even a courtesy call...<br> Nompumelelo REQ:*** was supposed to escalate within 48hrs, granny was supposed to get this migration resolved immediately and call back, she ****, her supervisor Sunil was informed by Ronelle on ***, but i guess even the supervisor doesn't have the decency to call, so why will the agent right??? <br> dealing with MTN has been a nightmare for my wife..<br> so now we're begging MTN, Please help get this matter sorted out please
