MTN afterservice and Store Service Ridiculous

I handed my phone in at the Greenstone Mall MTN shop on 03 May 2017 to send it to the repair centre to have a look at my phone as I had problems hearing the person calling me (very soft), and when playing music on my phone I put it loud but it stays on the same volume(It was merely handed in for a speaker problem). I also called the call centre before handing the phone in to find out if it will be repaired the agent advised me for as long as i am still paying for my phone on my contract it will be repaired at no cost to me, a staffmember at the mtn shop greenstone also told me that, but the day when I handed it in I was told a different story, that the warranty is only for 1 year, and the cost to repair will be for my own cost......., after 1 week they only came back to me telling me that my find my iphone is on , I then logged into icloud to turn it off, thereafter another week passed the Friday and another staffmember phones me to say they can still not access the phone as I am signed into icloud with the device, 10minutes before the call regarding icloud the 2nd in charge manager phoned me to tell me that my phone will be ready the monday.. One minute it will be ready and the next they can still not access the phone ??? Eventually I receive a message on my phone to say the cost to repair will be R6700 - I almost got a heart attack as it was only a speaker problem ? ? Why so much ... I rejected the repair, went back after 1 week not hearing from anyone to find out if i can collect my iphone, only to be told oh no it is at the repair centre still and we are only collecting on Friday, I then asked the person will he phone me when I can collect on Friday , Yes he will. Friday came and no one phoned I messaged him to find out what time I can collect only to be told it is his off day , he collected my phone but dropping it off at the store is out of his way and he is out of town. Really ????? I then went to the store to speak to the Manager only to be told that yes the person is out of town after they called him, IS THIS MTN POLICY that STAFFMEMBERS DRIVE AROUND WITH CLIENT'S PHONE'S IN THEIR CARS ????????That was my question to the manager, his response to me was, No it's not, but then why do they allow it ???? I then got a message from the person driving around with my phone that he is in Nigel and can drop the phone off at my house I must just send the address... After we demanded they need to drop the phone off at my house as I cannot drive in the saturday all the way from Springs to collect my phone in edenvale. I received my phone02/06/2017 , charged it on saturday and tried to switch it on on 03/06/2017 but nothing happens. I messaged the 2nd in charge manager he said something doesn't sound right I will need to bring it in to test , i then drove all the way from springs to edenvale for him to test it to say that no something is wrong and he needs to send it in again. I was told the phone will be sent in on Monday , I follow up everyday and only tuesday receive a response to say it was sent to repair centre management at 10:00am 06/06/2017 and they are assessing the phone. I then told him he needs to get proper feedback as my phone was in 100% working condition when handed in it was only a speaker problem, but once i received it back it didn't want to charge nor switch on , that is why they quoted on a refurbished unit , that is why my quote was so high because they did something to my phone and hoped that I will tell them to proceed and claim from my insurance. I am not receiving any service from the store staff, they are treating me as if it is such an effort to sort out my issue, today 08/06/2017 I was told again by the 2nd in charge manager that they are busy repairing the unit, then when I phoned him to say that ok what are they repairing and why because when my phone was handed in it was 100% working.... Then his whole story changed no they are still assessing... I then told him he is thumb sucking the whole story because he is contradicting himself the whole time... I want a report to say what the assessment was , and why my phone is now not even charging nor coming on???? It is almost a week later and no feedback , no proper reason why my phone is in the condition it is when I got it back from the repair centre, and also why they now need to assess and repair it..I now put pressure on him and said i want a report of what is wrong and i want it by 4:00pm today , I also sent him my email address to send it to me in writting, then I only got a whatsapp message now (3:15pm) saying: Hi Christelle, We will get more feedback tomorrow. For now the status is awaiting fault identification. 9 minutes before this message he said:They are busy repairing the device , I will let you know as soon as it's is done ------ So I call this thumb sucking ~!!!!!

I want someone to assist URGENTLY

I have all the correspondence on whatsapp chats... If you would like it...

Thanks
