MTN aftersales non-existent

I joined MTN coming from Vodacom, The signal and internet speed is excellent but aftersales sevice is PATHETIC, it does not matter if you go to a store or phone customer care. The store does not know when and how much you are going to be charged for getting a new contract so you dont know what to expect then BOOM! your account gets debited out of the blue. The voice over and music on the customer careline is dreadful as you will be listening to it alot when trying to contact them.
