MTN after sales service?
My iPhone 6 was sent in for repairs on 5/2/15. After a month I received an SMS asking for me to pay R4004.33 for repairs or pay R330 for the quote. I responded \YES"for them to carry on with the repairs. 16/3 I received a sms with \""Quote rejected\"". I asked them about my insurance and they claim head office hasn't processed it. 2 weeks later"
