Mtn after sales

Mtn after sales department is not focused on customer service. I received a quote from them for a repair of a cellphone, This is day 3 that I am trying to get someone to explain the quotation to me because it does not make any sense. Last call I did this morning the lady informed me that she will escalate the matter, she will request for a call back.
