MTN After Sales

Good day,

I went to MTN and bought a Note 9 from them on the 3rd of October, we didn't open the phone at the shop, when I got home the phone didn't work at all it couldn't charge the screen just stayed black. MTN replaced the phone on the 4th of October with a brand new phone. Now I'm struggling with the 2nd phone the notifications won't come through, I went to MTN again and they say that all the notification settings are 100% but he can see that the phone isn't making a sound. Today is the 15th of October 10 days after I received my brand new phone. Now I want to know who's problem is it that the phone isn't making sounds when receiving mails ???????? I can't go on like this I'm in sales and the first person to receive a lead on their mails gets the lead, my BRAND NEW note 9 can't make a sound, is this normal??? I got this phone because it's fast and then I can receive the lead first but unfortunately even though it's the fastest phone on the market it can't make a sound.
