MTN Affecting my Credit Score for R11
I have cancelled my contract on the 11th of April 2022 with Ref *** Now I am getting negatively effected on my credit score, where it looks like I have missed payments when checking my Credit Score. There is an amount of R11 that looks outstanding, but I have never received any documentation on this? Tried to contact 082135 and the Computer system does not allow you to speak to a person.

26 Sept 2022, 13:58I called in on 16 September 2022 and got through to Accounts, they said my account is paid up and informed me to mail their legal team, to clear the Credit Score or report.
It is now the 26th of September and I only have the Reference number as proof that my email has been received. Reference number: 5c5dc7b9-932e-4d4b-8e4c-4411cd3ae401
No feedback from MTN yet about my Credit Score.
