MTN, advocating defective products

I had purchased a defective Acer product from MTN, when the product gave problems I was told by MTN that my 12 month warranty had expired. this after only 10 months, the first assistant did not bother to check on the computer to confirm her comment and continued playing with her fingers. the second assistant eventually checked the computer and saw that it was still under warranty, the laptop was the sent away and returned in the same condition - not fixed. MTN, never bothered to assist me and continually shrugged and say THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO and say phone Acer directly. it has been 2 months now without a call or assistance from MTN from whom I have purchased the defective product. I was then approached by ANOTHER service provider who said they will assist me and see if they can help. I will never do business with MTN again, who passes the buck yet provide people with, inferior products (view the amount and similarity of complaints on Acer products). truly disgraceful. why invest your money in such a company?
