MTN adverti*****t false???? R249 month to month wifi deal.

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get the R249 month to month wifi bundle that is still advertised on TV and all over. Went to Cradlestone and Randfontein MTN but they can't link to any bank. Faults have been reported but they still can't help me. The salespersons says they just can't link any of the package to the bank accounts. This month to month deal has been available since April1st. They still can't sort it out but are still advertising.
