MTN advertises deals knowing they cannot deliver

MTN offered a black friday special on the sky package however 2 months later and my upgrade has not been finalised. They advertised a special to include a Samsung Galaxy watch and due to no stock of the watch, my contract cannot be finalised. In the interim, I am paying normal price on a month to month basis. I have been to the store every week to follow up and despite the store escalating the matter they have failed to receive a response. In addition MTN advertised the galaxy watch as a freebie on the Samsung sky package deals for November and December well aware they would not be able to deliver. I'm not sure why MTN cannot substitute the watch alternatively remove the watch from the deal and let the contract be finalised. Their absolute disregard for customer service is pathetic. Come on MTN, dont advertise a deal of you cannot deliver!!!!
