MTN advertises contracts, but their systems aren't ready to give them out.

I wanted to get the 1TB Data deal for R 1059 per month. I have never had any prior contracts / sim's with MTN. This was my experience: 1. Logged an online query - they phoned me quite quickly. We went through the whole approval process. Then the lady told me that I qualify, but that the 1TB deal was not available to non Business partners, and I could not use it at home. After I told her that it was available on the website under home, she told me I was wrong. 2. I then found it on the Yello page at the bottom on page 3, logged a new online query on Monday, till now have not received a response. 3. Phoned The Grove MTN, they told me no stock - but confirmed I could get it for home use. 4. Drove to Menlyn, no Stock - confimed that the deal was available for hom. 5. Wednesday, drove to Bronkhorstpruit as the guy at Menlyn advised me that they have stock of the router. 6. At the Bronkhorstpruit store I was informed that they do have stock, and I had all my necessary documents with me - so we started the process. We confirmed coverage, then there was an issue at Stage 5 of the process, where it did not want to "Assign a static IP Address" - and after Catherine phoned, she informed me that they said I might not have coverage, she asked me to get my wife to phone the coverage number to confirm. This was done. Confirmed coverage. This was now 2 Hours later..... She told me that I should rather go home, she will contact me and try and sort out the issue. This morning... I was informed, that my Credit score does not allow me to purchase this device, which was very odd as my income is more than enough, and I don't have debt except for Houses and i have huge surpluses of money that I put away and save every month. I then continued to pull my own credit report from Transunion, where I was given a 827 rating / Excellent with no credit issues (Higher than 98% of the population). So the bank can approve me to buy another house, but MTN cannot approve me to get a silly R 1059 a month contract. Very very disappointing to say the least.
