MTN (ADMYNTEC) INSURANCE

Dear MTNSouthAfrica, why did you move to ADMYNTEC services. They are completely pathetic taking a whole month to settle claims. I see on Hellopeter this is common practice for them. I had to replace my broken screen seeing that they did not follow up and a month later I was told my claim has been approved - but they do not pay refunds. I am seriously considering to cancel my contract with MTN if this is not resolved seeing that it was your choice to move to this "no service provider".
