MTN - Admyntec Insurance ****

Do not ever insure your phone through MTN and their insurer Admyntec. I have had four two year contracts with them in the last eight years. Two Sony's, a Huawei, and my current phone a Samsung. I took out insurance with some of the contracts through MTN. Now that I would like to claim, they informed me that the insurance I have is for the first Sony phone I had. I had three contracts after that, so how can that phone still be insured and my current phone not? They want to back bill me for eight years, to process my claim. My Tax Invoice from MTN clearly state that I have a Samsung phone, and I have insurance for the phone. Why would I get a Samsung on contract and take out insurance on a eight year old Sony?
