MTN admitted culpability, promised to pay back my money, 3 months later, I'm still waiting....

On 16 May2016 MTN overcharged my MTN data account by R1751.56 on a monthly data account (N ********** ). I tried to get them to refund me as I had a credit limit of R128 set on this account, but MTN didn't budge on this.
I then took the matter to the Consumer Good & Service Ombud (CGSO) where MTN's Complaints Manager (Timothy) admitted culpability on an email to the CGSO as per reference number ********** 4.
Based on this MTN promised to credit my account with the R1751.56 in June, then July, then August, I still haven't received a cent. I then refered the matter back to the CGSO and nothing has happened since. I'm not sure what to make of this, but if a Corporation the size of MTN, agreed to credit my account (I have the emails as proof) and have not honoured their commitment for over 3 months now.... makes you wonder...
I asked the CGSO to provide me with MTN's Complaints Manager (Timothy) contact details so that I can deal with him directly, but their policies don't allow for this.

Dear Mike, Thank-you for the prompt response , but its been two weeks since you rep**** to this complaint and I have yet to receive an update from Timothy or anyone else at MTN, on "when" can I expect my refund. In your response you say that "....an urgent request has been sent to Timothy with regards to the credit of R1751.56 that was passed on the 26/07/2016 to be credited back to your bank account". That makes it almost two months ago that the credit was passed. I received my account in September and no credit is on it neither in my bank account? Is your response only a courtesy service or will I eventually receive the promised credit? Please advise ....

As can be expected, after a month since this review, still not a a single cent from MTN on my promised credit, just nice words on Hellopeter to fool all the readers.
But that is not all... yes there is more... this contract ended on the 18th of August, MTN acknowledged my contract had ended when I provided MTN with the required notice... and yes ... you have guessed correctly... they have invoiced me for September and October...
That is how MTN rolls, no credit as promised just charge the poor Customer for another 2 months even after the contract has ended. MTN... PAY BACK THE MONEY....
