MTN Address Details for FICA not correct and nobody at MTN can resolve it
<div>To whom it may concern, I have tried for more than a year to get my details correct on my MTN Statement, Tax Invoice and Itemised Billing. I have contacted the Customer Service, visited a branch numerous times, but no success. My MTN Documents needs to be 100% correct for FICA purposes. I got numerous supplies to MTN Reference Numbers that it has been completed, but still it is not correct at every cycle run.</div>

25 Sept 2024, 14:04My rating should actually be 5 RED STARS for very very very bad service.
Employees of MTN do not listen or read what the actual problem is and therefor nothing gets resolved.
I am deeply disappointed as I had been a customer since the 90's.
