MTN additional charges
I am very unhappy with the service received from MTN, I upgraded my sim only for an amount of R189.00 and now I am being charger R398.25 promo fee. First of all the sim upgrade amount is now R218.42 of which I never agreed to and I am being charger and promo fee. This is a complete *******. Than i call the MTN 135 number there is an inbiller amount or R700+ I am refusing to pay a cent to MTN until this matter is resolved.

04 May 2018, 09:21Thank you I hope to get some feedback on this matter. I did the upgrade with Summer mobile, I called 135 to escalate they couldnt assist me with a contract from summer mobile. I than called summer mobile for a contract that states the agreed amounts and summer mobile informed me that their contracts doea not state amounts. Where to from here? I have requested the voice recording from summer mobile. I have been with Mtn for almost 10 years and always paid my contract. I would like to get this resolved, your feedback will be appreciated.
