MTN

mtn not good at all i was asked if i wanted to upgrade i informed them no to keep contract month to month the lady infomed me yes not problem now all off a sudden 3 months later they want to charge me double the amount of my contract which i never agreed to nor signed for and they just simple refuse to assist inthe matter en tell me o contract ended and cant do month to month on same amount THEN THAT IS INFO THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME WHILE ASING ME FOR UPGRADE NOT 2 MONTHS AFTE THE TIME NOW FROM r299 TO r599 PER MONTH IT IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!
