MTN active still not working
For many years I have tried to make use of MTN Active and still to no avail. I suspect that my details have been entered into your system incorrectly. When I try to log in, the system tells me that my phone number and email address are not registered. When I try to register, the system tells me that I am already registered. For one and for all, could you please sort out my access problem. I need to change my residential and postal address too.

The MTN Active is being phased out. We now offer the MyMTN App that you may use which is much more efficient. The app is available on Android and IOS (Apple) App Stores at no cost.
