Mtn activate a stranger's number to my account

Mtn business bunch of clowns, did a prepaid migration but they activated a number which does not belong to me. My account manager Frederick Sefolo has escalated it to the relevant departments, without success. How dumb can the data capturer be??? I should have cancelled and went to vodacom. People stay away from mtn business. *********** bunch of idiots
