MTN Accounts Useless as always!!!

Useless!!! One the phone for 4hours trying to get a letter, Billing and Legal you simply cant get hold off. And when you get to talk to someone, you are at the wrong department! MTN does not live up to they standards they sell you!! They quick to take your money, but when you need a simple thing they just nowhere to be found. Cant wait to cancel my services with them.
