MTN accounts so ***********

They went and changed my debit order without consulting with me now because they won't go through they are blocking my phone from using it They were ordered by the ombudsman to refund me the money their deducted without my permission and instead of the refunding me cash they passed a credit on the account and as a result they went nd changed the debit instructions from their side without even informing me and now because they are not able to debit they block me from using their services.i truly regret taking up a contract with MTN I am porting to a different network soon ,tired of dealing with their nonsense
